Dubai To Host Initiative Supporting Orphans

Mediaoffice.ae: Dubai will host elite of world football stars to participate in a charitable initiative, to be organized by Amsak International Foundation, which is chaired by the international Senegalese star Mamadou Sakho, in collaboration with Dubai Sports Council and in partnership with Noor Dubai; the Member of Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum Global Initiatives.

The charitable initiative’s revenue will be allocated for the support of orphaned children. The event is scheduled Wednesday 16th Nov. 2022 at the Four Seasons Hotel with participation of the most famous international football stars. 

The initiative comprises various events, top of which is a charitable football match taking place at Al-Nasr Club with participation of elite of world football stars; among them are: the Senegalese Mamadou Sakho, the star of the French National Team who played for Paris Saint Germain, Liverpool, Crystal Palace and Montpellier Clubs / Mehdi Bin Atiya, the Moroccan National Team’s star and former player of Juventus, Bayern Munich & Rome Clubs.

The stars’ matches will also be joined by Bacary Sanya, the former star of the French national team and Arsenal & Manchester City Clubs / French Ishiar Dia, the star of Yeni Malatyaspor Club of Turkey / Belgian player Christian Benteke, who played for Aston Villa, Liverpool, Crystal Palace and currently playing for DC United Club of America besides several other world stars whose names will be revealed later.

Personal belongings & shirts of the most famous international football stars, who have attained sports achievements, will be offered in a charitable auction taking place at the Four Seasons Hotel. Top on the list of players whose belongings will be offered in this auction are: the French star Karim Benzema the best player in the world for the year 2022 who will present the shirt with which he won the European Champions League and the Spanish League titles with Real Madrid, the Brazilian Neymar, the Argentine Lionel Messi, the French Thierry Henry, Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah, Paul Pogba & Kylian Mbappe.

In conclusion of the charity auction, a charity concert will be held with participation of the Moroccan singer “Saad Al-Majrad” / the French Sian Garnier, the world champion in the show football (Freestyle football). The Senegalese international painter Bobo Niang will also participate in the event.

The initiative aims to support orphaned children in Senegal through establishing educational entities, schools, training departments to teach children various vocational crafts and sports centers to teach them the practice of professional football.
